    Thanks for your reply but its only the meat juice syns I'm not sure of. I used the gravy powder which is 1/2 syn per teaspoon of powder. I don't like the granules.

    Good question... For me it was after gaining over 2 stone when my 22 year old son got cancer. It was pretty tough going for 9 months but in that time I also gave up smoking and waved my daughter off to uni so I think the gain was not to bad. (Son is now in remission and all is well)

    Tonight I have lost 1 pound. Not a great amount I know but for me that's good. BUT I ALSO WON SLIMMER OF THE WEEK.:bliss: I really didn't expect to ever get that cause I only ever lose half or 1lb at a time. I am now the proud owner of new shiny sticker on the front of my book. :party0049:

    The other thing is what do you wear? I always wear my lightweight linen trousers and a t-shirt. Some people at my class wear shorts - even in the winter - they change into them in the toilets and change out of them after they have been weighed!!!

    I also seem to be eating it just because I can and not because I'm hungry.     I love summer fruit. I eat soooooo much of it it's scarey. Today I have had 2 bananas, half a yellow mellon, 1 mango and am now looking at my apples sat on my desk. By the end of the day I will have eaten 2 apples and some strawberrys and prob some plums as well. What do you think? Too much?

    Thanks Judimac but I think it was just something I had to do. As I said I don't know why - it just is. As for the family they are the lucky ones who eat as if they have hollow legs. Both hubby and son (24) are 6ft+ and weigh 10st and 9.5 stone and eat ALL day.
