    I can weigh on the wii fit and straight away on my digital scales where I do my weekly "official" weigh in and I'm always almost 2lbs lighter on the wii... maybe it's because it's on a carpet?? The losses show the same though.

    Moving from EE to red days due to 1/3 superfree

    It's weird but most of my meals are EE, but could so easily be a red or a green. I have bacon most days so even on a green day you can have 2 rashers as a HEB, so there's the extra B for a start.

    I'm following EE and I'm on my third week. I lost 4lbs the first week and 2 the second, so it's working. I tried red and green days before and just found them too limiting and confusing. I think with EE you might get a slower weight loss, but I don't know, I can eat easily on EE so I'm happy on it.

    I think the name of the plan is implying that you'll lose weight at a slower pace, at least that's what it leads me to believe. Extra Easy meaning that it's an easier diet to stick to but because it's so easy, weight loss will be slower?? Is it just me that thinks of it that way?

    Ok... don't panic for a start! Think about it, it is ONLY 3lbs, not 3 stones. So every so often you have a binge week, so does the skinniest of people. So you put on 3lbs every couple of months, but then you take off 10lbs! If this is how it is, then be happy about it and don't worry about it...
