Result!...cinnamon porridge I am pleased to report is much nicer and masks the strange after taste I found. And have tried 150 and 175 mls water....the 175 is more suited to my palate, but some of you may prefer it runnier or thicker.....bit of trial and error needed on the water.

I am almost as the end of week 4. I consider myself as 100%, however I have been to friends for a couple of dinners, but they made me a Ketosis friendly dinner and I stuck to water to drink. Alcohol is a huge no no on a Ketosis diet, they could seriously do themselves damage doing that!

It's ok...I emailed them and they said they would send me 4 free items.....so have just asked for spaghetti Bol, lemon bar, lemon shake and choc banana shake.... Looking forward to getting them now!

The last 2 days I have been struggling to drink enough water, only got half a litre down me yesterday and boy was I paying for it during the night....head was pounding!....2 iboprfen down and a litre of water at 1am, managed to get back to sleep and woke up at 10am!!...I never sleep that long...

I put 1 teaspoon of coffee, dilute it in a tablespoon of boiling water then top up with cold...then add the vanilla powder and mix like normal.....yummy, taste like one of those canned cappucinos.

Only been on Exante for a week.....but I like all the shakes....the soups are nice with the exception of Tomato....but that is just my opionion, others love the tomato and had the thai chicken, but thai chicken is my fave!....the bars however are not nice IMHO.....I prefer the Tesco bars...

Day 3 complete.....no problems really, but do quite uncomfortable with the amount of water I have to drink. I have never been a bring drinker so I do struggle with that part....I'm sure my body will get used to it soon. Pee stick has moved one more pink colour along the scale..... Flabelos...
