    I only lost 2lbs in my first week. I then lost a stone in the next 10 days. But like the others are saying, it's just a quick win to get you going. The real weight loss (FAT loss) comes later on.

    My CDC it's the trans-fats and extra fat you need to be aware of with Atkins bars. In terms of ketosis you'll be okay but they don't have all the vitamins ours have - although there are some I believe. The chocolate brownie ones are really nice I think!
