    What are people having for breakfast???

    I must admit I don't often have breakfast, but if I do it's fruit with fat free natural yoghurt or 0% Greek yoghurt. Also I have the porridge that you do in the microwave and instead of adding milk I use water. Poached eggs and smoked salmon (nice and cheap in aldi or lidi) Hope this helps xx

    Extra Easy Enjoying Slimming World But Weight loss is very slow! Help!

    I would get a tape measure and note down the inches, as even when you don't lose weight you can still lose inches. I lost 9 inches all over and not a pound in the scales, when I started running. Which I can no longer do :-( So don't let the scale upset you to much.

    We go to Spain a lot, and they do seem to have a lot more 0 alcohol drinks. Flavoured larges and shandies. Will see if I can find the syns for them, as off to Spain in a few weeks time.

    Slow Cookers are a godsend. I even done a roast chicken in mine the other week. Nice and simple. Chicken in upside down no liquid turn it in and just walk away. The meat falls of the bone. X
