    check out some of the recipes on here! what about tweaking some normal recipes to make them SW friendly, unfortunately whenever you try a new recipe it does sometimes end in diaster LOL! I've had a fair few :) one of my fave SW recipes is pizza chicken, its on the SW website.

    It is ok to par boil the potatos and freeze them, this is exactly what frozen chips are from the supermarket apart from having oil added to them prior to freezing :)

    perhaps u should try flexi synning - just keep a total of your syns for the week and deduct from it. However, if you keep going over syns regularly it will affect your losses and the plan won't work!

    definitely keep them covered with cold water, put a little saucer ontop to stop them floating up to the surface, I would only keep them like this for a short time otherwise the potato starts to go softer! or you could make a batch, parboil and let them cool then freeze them.

    I would say its probably more to do with the amount you have to lose, which isn't a large amount! Up your water intake and see how that goes :) You are very unlikely to see really big losses if you are starting with only a small amount to lose.

    I have never done red/green so once I got my head around EE it was easy! I have lost 20lbs in 18weeks (had the occassional gain!) so really happy with it. It takes planning as can be hard with only 1 heb unless you syn it!

    I have found it really hard to drink lots in the recent cold weather, but have upped the intake the last few days and seeing the almost immediate effects LOL! I try to drink most in the morning then reduce it towards the evening so don't get up too often, if at all, at night!

    Difficult week ahead..

    Take the icing off the cake - you save loads immediately! Breakfasts are easy at CP as you can cook your own, stock up on fruit/veg. You could just eat out once a day. Avoid the shakes/hot chocolate, do lots of swimming/biking/activities. OR Enjoy eat and rejoin us again once the week is over :)
