My weight loss figures on 1000 plan: started 13st 8lb on June 16th. Lost 4lbs wk1, STS wk2, -6lbs wk3, -4lbs wk4, STS wk5, -3lbs wk6, -3lbs wk7, now 12st 2lbs, goal weight 10st 10.
This is with a lot of exercise: I also have to say that it's been quite expensive because I've had to buy CD...
