    How is your goal weight calculated?

    Usually between a healthy bmi of 20-25. I have aimed for a bmi of 22/23. But will see nearer the time what I'm comfortable at. Just depends on the person :) x

    I had a quick lunch after gym as had to head straight to work, a plain wholemeal Pitta, Apple banana and Soya yogurt (I'm dairy intolerant) I always like a tuna salad or something for lunch :) did 54 mins at the gym aswell. Things are looking up!! Xx

    I used to to use my morning weight, but id suggest u go by ur ww class weight as I always felt disheartened at class knowing I'd put on 2 or 3lb since the morning!! It's best not to peak at home! Easier said Than done! Xx

    Ww because whatever u eat, u make sure u don't eat too much. Like pasta, I could eat a bowlful, not good, now I have a handful of brown pasta for 5pp instead of a massive bowl! Avid I still feel full! Also u can eat what u like as long as its sensible. Portion control.mainly x

    Have you heard of couch to 5k programme? It's designed for people who are beginners to running. It really works too if u keep at it and takes 8-9weeks to complete. Just Google it or u can download an app if u have Android or iPhone :) x
