    Don't push yourself if your feeling poorly, put your feet up and watch the tv or something if you can. You can take a couple of paracetamol if you need to. Day 2/3/4 can be the worst but it does get batter- promise x

    I'm exactly the same. Can resist almost anything sometimes. I did this diet last year, stayed 100% for 4 weeks them just out the blue ordered a Chinese and that was that. Been struggling to get back on it since! Day 7 for me. Remember what it is you really want. The results are amazing!

    Mix a mouse is a little pot of powder that you add to the dry shake powder, blend with water then put in the fridge for 10 mins. It makes it into a mousse :) hahaha my phone likes to call it mouse hahaha
