I did manage to drag my lazy bottom out of the house on Mon and did 8,378 which I was pleased with considering I nearlt settled for 1,000. Yesterday i got 10, 248 in which is good. All this work had better show on the scales on Thurs else there will be tears and screams aplenty (toddler...

Paul McKenna - I can make you thin

I'd say it's worth a go. I definitely eat for different reasons. I've come to the conclusion that my eating is kind of like a form of self harm cos I do it to make myself supposedly feel better but it's detrimental to my health. It's not so bad nowadays cos I've realised that I need to be...

Hi, I'm new and have ?'s on core eating out

Hello love, I'm a core girl and have lost 3 and a half stone so far. I do still eat out but I do have to be more picky about where. I tend to favour italian now as you can have things like mussels, parma ham, pasta, tomato sauces etc. for free and then you can use 10 of your weekly...

    Wannabe10s Diary

Hi wannabe10, just have a suggestion to keep you on track with your weigh ins... use the scales once a week in your nearest Boots, it's cheap and they're accurate. You get a little slip so that you'll have a solid record too. Sounds like you're doing well so far so well done. xxx

Anyone doing the walking challenge this week?

It was just over 4 miles. Was easier than will be most days I think cos i walked into town (one and a half miles) then around the shops looking at dresses. Was surprised at how quickly the steps clock up just pottering round the house. I also found (and am today) that I tend to take the...

I've been reading a lot of horror stories...

P.S, In my opinion 56lb in 12 weeks would be a bit much. Bear in mind that your skin has to cope with losing the fat and if this happens too quickly it might not want to spring back. Another theory is that if you lose it more slowly the more likely it is to stay off. xxx

My doctor told me that you should never, ever go below 1500 calories a day as that's what your body needs to do simple things like breathing, creating waste and skin repair etc. If I were you hun i'd just up your calories but counter them by exercising. From what I understand if you keep on...
