    But you're not following his program...you're following SW...and hes using your pictures to show off weight loss. I'm sure his "bootcamp" helped but the poster makes it seem like you lost all of the weight/inches because of his bootcamp, which simply isn't true and is false advertising IMO.

    I log mine every day. I use it to log my exercise too, that was actually what I joined for initially but it's handy because I can log food on the go then update my food diary on here at the end of the day without forgetting things. I'm usually 850-1300, it really depends and can vary a lot...

    PCOS

    I haven't been diagnosed but my doctor said she thinks I have it (I was supposed to get ovary scan but cancelled) I find it really hard to lose when I eat a lot of carbs, my losses have been better when I did red days. I exercise every day too which probably helps and is getting me fitter :)

    If you pick a target, can you change it later? I have never been smaller than a size 12/14 (11/12 stone) but I know I need to get smaller than that, but exactly how much is hard to tell. I think 9-9 1/2, but if i'm happier with a higher or lower weight, can I change my target?

    Instant mash (smash) original is free on green and EE. Thanks for all the ideas everyone. Tried them before on scan bran just I just hate scan bran. I'm currently using them on toast (heB) or sometimes with quorn chicken dippers, burgers, etc.

    How accurate is the progress page on website

    Just wondering if anyone who has lost a lot of weight with SW found the "check my progress" page to be accurate? My predicted progress says I will reach my target at a date im very happy with, but im not sure if I would be getting my hopes up to think its realistic?

    I think its anything under 1200 (for women) and probably about 1500 for men...but I eat less than 1200 most days and am always stuffed! If I was eating more than I do now it wouldn't make sense..i'd be eating for no reason. I am following the SW plan 100% so i'm not bothered about my calorie intake.

    Laura I haven't checked my measurements this time (waiting until i complete it) but last time, between days 10 and 30, I lost 3 inches off my stomach, 2 1/2 off my waist, I think 1 1/2 off my thighs. That was while not changing my diet but jogging 1-2 mile each day too.
