    The slower you lose it the more likely you are to keep it off. I had 7weeks and over those 7weeks I lost half a lb. A few gains counter balanced by losses. Keep at it. Its coming off... just slowly. We'll get there x

    Why dont you weigh yourself in the morning and before group on your scales so you know what you've gain through the day. That what I did. I gained just over a lb through day but still lost 2.5 at weigh in so I know really I lost 3.5lb that week if that makes sense x

    I microwaved them and they were really yummy. Think they were 29 kcal each so I classed them as 1.5syns. Really worth it I was also thinking fat free yoghurt and fresh mint to make a dip with them. Yet to experiment though hehe x
