No I'm back... kinda lost my way a bit & missed you guys so am back where I belong!

1st day back & aiming for 30-50g carbs per day!

B: protein shake
L: low carb wrap, sweet chilli philly, alfalfa sprouts
D: chicken with suundried tomatoes & olives, steamed veggies
S: atkins bar, pork crunch

Having cravings right now so guzzling away!
