Yeah wouldn't really go down well in restaurant lol but I di tend to have a good old look at what everyone else is eating when we go out, sometimes for ideas and other times out of jealousy lol x

I always like staring at the Dessert Trolley too lol.x

Just posted Re my day in my thread, saves repeating myself! I do the 30DS via You Tube, in fact I do all my DVDs that way as it saves buying the actual discs! X

I can't see your pic either :-( Make sure u have it as your Avatar as well as Profile Pic as those are 2 different things! X

Your looking great! I have just held the weight I have lost! My other half gave me some metals weights to hold and said that is what you have lost so far! Cant believe that is what I was carrying around with me :eek: xx

I couldn't imagine holding 2 Stone 12lb, no wonder my joints use to hurt so badly! X

Fab Menu :) Ive got Raspberries, Meringues and Squirty Cream for Dessert tonight :) How's the WW Cream? I've not tried that! Also which Ketchup do you have? If its Heinz, you can have 18g for 0pp :) Do you weigh your mash once it's mashed? X

The ww west country cream is really nice! Yeah it was heinz i never eat ketchup normally so wasnt sure on point so just got it out of ww book. No didnt weigh mash after mashing just peeled pots and weighed them...will it make a difference? I didnt add milk or butter or anything xx

Oh no that's fine, was it just u eating it then? I haven't made any mash since I started WW, been lazy and bought frozen! I love my 0pp of Ketchup, use it as 'spread' on my bread as I can't stand butter or margarine. X
 
Yeah lol im hate marge too but dont eat bread when doin ww coz i would eat the whole loaf! That is my mega downfall! Would choose over chocolate...I only use wraps or pitta breads xx

Wraps and Pittas are a good choice :) I do like those Wholemeal Wraps I used yesterday! Crusty Uncut is my weakness, I've avoided it since starting WW! X
 
Not a great day for me today started off well with cereal bar for 2pp at 7am and then had to take mother in law to be to hospital as she was having op didn't have anything else till 3 when other half bought me a BLT on brown bread thought ok that's not terrible will be able point that and then made the biggest mistake ever by having plain chowmein!! I feel so rubbish about it now :( and dreading thursday weigh in after I have been really good all week so disappointed in myself. xx

Plain Chow Mein is only 8pp Sweetie :) Did you point your BLT ok? X
 
I basically ate the whole container though! (other half kept dipping in) and enjoyed it at the time but feel so guilty now like I have let myself down...I haven't even attempted it yet!? I thought maybe 13-16pp xx
