Am due to go up to 1000 plan on Tuesday so am busy planning. Just a quick question, does it matter if you do 3a or 3b and can you alternate between them each day?
I have had one meal of salmon whilst on 790, when I hit my 5 stone lost mark - I have really missed my salmon and hadn't had any since June of this year!
I had salmon at least once per week. Its not a very big portion so you tend to try and have things that give you more (if you are anything like me! lol) Thats why i got abit obsessed with the quorn sausages (LOADS on your plate) had them about 5 nites in a row so now gone off them abit! lol
