1000 plan question

Hi all

Am due to go up to 1000 plan on Tuesday so am busy planning. Just a quick question, does it matter if you do 3a or 3b and can you alternate between them each day?

Apparently A is for those going up the plans.

B is for those just starting out on Cambridge at the 1000 plan level
 
Have a look at page 10 of the Cambridge Weightcare book - it says there that 3A is for the two week maintenance phase for moving up the plans.
 
Thanks STBG, what a bummer, I've been looking forward to the Salmon with Couscous and yoghurt for weeks!!

Well, it won't be long!

I have had one meal of salmon whilst on 790, when I hit my 5 stone lost mark - I have really missed my salmon and hadn't had any since June of this year!
 
i alternated between the 3a and 3b while i was on 1000, i dont think it made much difference really xx

I had salmon at least once per week. Its not a very big portion so you tend to try and have things that give you more (if you are anything like me! lol) Thats why i got abit obsessed with the quorn sausages (LOADS on your plate) had them about 5 nites in a row so now gone off them abit! lol:D
