12st2lb this morning, heaviest for a good while so back on it. Hopefully won't take too long but then I always get stuck mid way in the 11's and end up back at this point

hi can I join here please ? started last week 12st 13lb down to 12st 11lb as of today, would like to be in the 10's by my holiday in july,got down to 11st 7lb last year just always loose motivation and end up bk in the 12's but hoping joining here helps we can do it xx
