14lbs to goal!!

Week 7, day 1

Weight: 8:10(1/2). Half a lb on :/
Oh boo lol I thought eating right for two days would help maintain. Oh well

Breakfast: 2 weetabix(hexa+b) banana

Snack: Kellogg's chewy (4.5)

Lunch: chicken korma

Dinner: cod with butter (8) low fat supernoodles and salad

Chicken korma.

Chicken.
6 tablespoons of tomato purée
200g of passata
100g fat free natural fromgrais frais
400g chicken stock
1tablespoon of korma curry powder
Onion
Garlic
Mushrooms
Pepper
Chilli flakes
Mixed herbs
Paprika

Method.

Fry onion,garlic and mushrooms in pan.
Then add chicken and fry for 5 minutes
Then add curry powder, stock, passta, purée and herbs n spices and bring to boil.
Simmer until sauce thickens and chicken cooked.
When done, remove from heat and stir in fromgrais frais. Serve with rice

Breakfast: 2 mullerlight Greek (1)

Lunch: chicken nuggets with coleslaw, salad and chips

Dinner: korma with rice

Snack: loads of chocolate Amd vodka. Well over syns. Friends where staying with us

Acceleration training
 
Day 3

Breakfast: herbalife shake

Snack; banana

Lunch: herbalife shake

Dinner: sweet chilli chicken wrap with cheese and chips

Snack: spicy pork chops

Loads of chocolate.
 
This week has been a total let down. Just binging on chocolate and eating wrong foods. It's mostly because friends r over from Germany and my head isn't in it. Ugh
 
Day 4

Weight: 8:12(1/4). 2(1/4)lbs up from tues :/ lol

Breakfast: grapefruit, mushrooms, 2 eggs 50ml of milk

Snack: banana

Lunch:

Snack: banana, mullerlight

Dinner: going out for meal and drinks.

Try not to despair as we all have days/weeks like this & you may be surprised it may not have much impact on your weight. Spending time with friends is precious so enjoy that rather than stressing over your food!

Thanks Kim. I guess I'm just stressing because im Liverpool next week also. I feel like going down stairs and throwing all the chocolate out lol even the unopened boxes !

I'm gonna try and stay 100% food wise from tomorrow
 
Ok so friends r away home. And tomorrow I Am back on track.

I will not have more than 5 syns per day to help with my night away to Liverpool and precore dinner this sat.
 
Day 7

Weight

Breakfast: herbalife

Snack: grapefruit

Snack: mullerlight Greek.

Dinner: spiced mince in lettuce cups.

(Make speed soup and spicy tomato soup and do a soup week before Liverpool)

Oh flip. Stepped on scales. 9.1(1/2).


That's 5.5lbs gain in one week. What's scary is its exactly what I gained on my 3 weeks off I had at Xmas!! So all the weight I spent losing in January is all back on in a week lol

It must mostly be water weight. Really hate when ppl come to stay with us. Really messed up daily routines lol. I'm scared for this weekend. Liverpool and dinner out.

Gonna try and do a detox day . One day if exante shakes and 4+ litres of water
Then back to slimming world tomorrow but stay away from pastas and rice as much as poss. Then on the Thursday and fri I will try and make healthy choices in Liverpool.

Breakfast: exante shake

Lunch: exante porridge

Dinner: sub way salad. (Chicken,steak,bacon,toms,lettuce,onions,pickles, jalapeños,cheese)

3+ litres of water
Acceleration training

Breakfast: 1 wholemeal toast (hexb)
Philly(1/2hexa)
2 poached eggs
Fried mushrooms
Mullerlight Greek (0.5)

Lunch: lasagne, coleslaw, chips, garlic bread. Merlot wine

Dinner: pasta n sauce. Sausage

Double acceleration class.

Lol 5lbs up. :/. Spoke to my consultant and she said it would be * week also. So hopefully.
 
Lots of water & SF & that'll be gone by next week! Don't get disheartened as you had a great time with your mates, so bin the scales!
