I've signed up to 28 days of Go Lower to get my low carbing off to a good start, but my packs still haven't arrived and I'm keen to start.
Here's my planned menu for today and tomorrow. Would any experienced low-carbers mind checking it over and letting me know your comments? Thank you!
Today
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, unsweetened decaf soya latte
L: Green salad with chicken breast,1/2 avocado, 30g feta, parma ham, dressed with olive oil
S: 100g strawberries with double cream
T: 2 pork steaks with cauliflower mash
Tomorrow
B: Low carb bar, decaf coffee
L: Same as yesterday
S: Same as
T: 3 egg omelette with 1 courgette, handful of mushrooms & 30g cheddar
Planning to drink 3 litres water both days, take the dog for a 5 mile walk this eve and poss swim tomorrow.
