Well thats 3 weeks done and fully 100% which has surprised me more than anything and a massive 8lb weight loss this week.

I have been doing a lot of exercise though and cycling to and from work which is a 13 mile round trip with some nasty hills.

so in 3 weeks thats me lost a grand total of 23 lbs :D

Well done!!! Thats SO impressive!

Were you ok doing that strenuous excerise? you didn't feel lightheaded or anything? did you do that amount of excerise before Exante? Have i asked enough questions?:p

I have a semi active job and have always one a bit of hillwaking but i am still quite unfit compared to what i used to be. I find that if you take it fairly easy then its great and makes me feel even better, however push it and the lightheadedness rears its head.

It just goes to show that combined with exercise wonderful things can be achieved, that's inspired me to go outside and chop some more wood :)
