3rd week weigh in - absolutely thrilled!!!

Hi Everyone, hope your all goooood.

Well went for my 3rd weigh in today (officially day 19) and I lost 4 lbs this week!!! :bliss:It may not sound like much but its my TOM at the moment so Im absolutely thrilled with that. Ive hit the 1 stone loss mark and it feels great!

People have started noticing too and the compliments are sooo motivating. Thanks everyone for your continued support
