Don't worry you've done so well so far, one bad day won't ruin that. Just jump right back on the wagon.
I'm stuffed after my tea but still have a hifi and some syns to have later, can't decide whether to have a glass of wine or some chocolate, will decide later on I think.

Up until I got home I was knocking on to almost 20 syns, but since I got home feeling bloated and looking pregnant I suddenly realised I've not.."been" for 2 days!
Have been drinking slimmatee every evening for last 2 weeks and since I stopped, its stopped so to try and help that I've had an extra feb worth of scan bran for dinner to help things along! Had already had my 2 heb's so thats another 6 syns plus the options I mixed in with the water to make it edible. Got no yogurt or anything to have with it so had to make do!
Back on track tomorrow. I am grabbing that line with both hands- thanks l0vechild

xxWell I'm JUST under my syns but I did have a bowl of homemade toffee popcorn with the kids!!! It was so good!!!
Stress levels are SKYHIGH. My car repair was £468.... ..so i went and paid that which physically PAINED me and then took my gran to the bank because she's forgotten how to use her cashpoint card again (dementia is getting quite bad now ) and parked my car. Came back ten minutes later to a guy parked in front of me claiming I had hit his damn car. SCAM ARTIST!!! There wasn't even a car THERE when I parked grrrrrrrrrr. He wasn't happy when I got my camera out and starting taking pictures. But lord knows how I prove him a liar. I don't think my dementia ridden 87 yr old gran or my 7yr old son count as independent witnesses.

Oh no! Thats awful!!! Could you find out if theres CCTV around the area? Im sure he takes it to his insurance company you could get the police involved and shout fraud, it would be so much red tape and so much hassle for him that he'd drop it. ...ha, i did bump my car a tiny bit on the front of my house this afternoon...its what bumpers are for But seriously, dont let it worry you to much, he needs evidence to, and he hasnt got any. My husband never goes to the dentist. Last time he went it was 1996 and he got it for free as he was still at college. He recently dragged himself in for a checkup because his best mates had to have five removed and a plate lol which has horrified my husband.
His face when the receptionist asked him for the best part of £50.... Poor man went into shock. £50 is still cheap really!!! We're lucky it's an NHS dentist. The fully private ones can be really steep!!!

Yeah 50quid is cheap! I think its summat daft like £47.50 or similar for work under a certain bracket and over the course of 2 months? Something like that. We're NHS thank god! Best thing about mine is, its 1 gold crown, with all the prep and temp crown while they make the ol' gob jewellry. 2 gold crowns and the same set of treatment cost me £198 last year!! Robbers.... lol.

I know its a pain, but I can't imagine he'll get anywhere, if he has any damage they'll be able to prove it wasn't done by your car, its amazing how much they can prove with damage to cars ect. I think if you stick by your guns he'll give up as it will be too much effort

Just checking in, its Friday night and hope youre all feeling good. Ive had a good day, not done a right lot, made some lentil soup and got stuff done in the house. Weather is rubbish and its given out thunderstorms all weekend, joy! Ive saved my syns for a couple of drinks tonight, alas, not in the pub being social, just in front of eastenders, lol.

Might even let you all have a small piccy when its time Anyway, ive got the shoes/dress/hat/bag down, can you think of any other fab nautical accsessories i could wear? Something big or small, aslong as its appropriate for a sailor lol. xxx

As for the sailor theme, how about an anchor necklace? saw a fab one that was also really cheap on the goth punk website. not allowed to post links but if you google anchor necklace its one of the first that comes up. I think that will look good with it and for under a fiver you can't go wrong really! You could also look for a belt with an anchor buckle?

Hi Diane and mandie, I am Katrina, Kat I prefer..... Had a good day today been off to the olympics managed to avoid all bad foods and stick to a red day..... Totally whacked now...,, all I really wanted to do is go down the pub drink pints of beer and eat crisps... But settled for a Bravia 0% beer, some seafood sticks, fried egg, bacon and cheese.... The crisps were calling but I resisted!!!
Mandie let me know how ted was.... So wanna see it!
So off out to the adventure park tomorrow with the kids.... Gonna get up early and make some food to take..... I really want to have a good loss this week if u can.... 1-2llbs a week is my goal...
I was thinking today that if I can only stick to it this time, by Christmas I will be soo much slimmer!!

Well I've been back on plan now for 3 days, doing pretty well and hovering around 15 syns a day (had a gorgeous icecream and some French bread yesterday so I was just over!). The scales this morning tell me I've lost a pound and a half despite my disasterous 4 days at the start of the week! Today we're going to a very nice looking restaurant so I'm going to see what's on the menu - if I'm really tempted by something nice then I will have it and count the syns, but I'll try to make sensible choices....

Well done sadowska sounds like you're doing great! That's a lot of temptation!
Ted was good, I didn't find it as hillarious as I thought I would but there were some real laugh out loud moments. Very silly with a bit of a sad teary bit too!
Had a nice evening and best of all only had 1 martini when I got home which brought yesterdays syns down to 6.5 rather than the 9 I was planning for
Due to my blip the other day im counting weekly this week which could come in handy today- my boyfriends boss (they are friends) has invited us to a "party" at his. BBQ and drinks so I will take my trusty martini bottle (always comes with me when we have evenings at friends houses, they probably think I have a problem!) so I don't get tempted by the fruity ciders.
I am also planning to have lunch before we go at 2 so I can maybe just have a pick at some chicken or something and not be tempted by the sausages burgers etc. Fingers crossed my willpower decides to tag along!
