8 weeks on Cambridge -sole source- almost 3 stone down- before and now pics!! :D

Hey everyone! So I have now done 8 weeks (yes i cant quite believe ive done that long!) on sole source 100% no cheating! I have lost 2 st 12 lbs and gone from 12 st 11 to 9 st 13.Im 5 ft 4!Another 13 lbs to goal of 9 stone! Gone from size 16 to a size 10! I am BEYOND chuffed!! I cannot believe i have actually stuck to this 100% as I have been yo yo dieting for the last 10 yrs and never stuck to any diet longer than a week! I feel absolutely fab! And i love that my hubby thinks im looking sexy ;) Just thought i would give u guys a bit of motivation if your just starting out and to say this diet really does work!! First 10 days were horrific..i have 4 kiddies under 5 and not digging into their yummy snacks and left over dinners was a real challenge! Anyway....good luck to everyone...you can do it!! Nothing tastes as good as being skinny..sooooo true!!

Omg you look like a different person have done amazing !!! Well done for no cheating just goes to show if you don't cheat the plan really does work! Well done xxxxx

Omg congratulations u look amazing. In your before pics u look so tired and fed up but the after pic are breadth taking. Wow I hope I will make it too. I keep having this nightmare in my dream where I loose the weight on the scale but still look the same.

Hi Tess!

I started SS on Tuesday this week & need to lose almost exactly the same as you! I am 5ft 4" & have around 8 weeks until our work Christmas party & before things get too difficult to carry on with SS (Christmas!). I just wanted to find out if you managed to get to goal & how long that took altogether? I started at 12st 10lbs on Monday night & want to lose 3st to get back to 'me'. I put on all of this weight over the last 2 years after getting married & being unhappy in my job :(

My husband & I are going to Mexico in February too & I really don't want to be the size that I am! I want to get rid of all of this weight as quickly as possible so I can concentrate on maintaining & going to the gym to tone up in the couple of months before we go.

When you say you didn't cheat at all, did you actually eat anything at all? When I've done CD before & I've had to go out for a meal I've eaten a chicken salad, or chicken & veg. Did you eat absolutely nothing but CD products for the whole 8 weeks? Just working out exactly what I need to do to get the same results!

What kind of weight patter did you have too? Did you lose a regular amount each week?

Really hope I can do this once & for all & then get back in to my running to keep my weight off! :)

Wow well done....I was going to do 6 weeks, but now I'll do 8. will probably paste my before and afters too, now that I see how inspirational it can be!
 
That is such a difference in 8 weeks! I'm on my 2nd day today with the aim to get smaller by crimbo- and you have definitely inspired me to keep my head down and crack on! well done girly!! Amazing!!!! x

Oh my gosh, AMAZING! This gives me all the motivation I need. I'm around what you started at (I'm 12st 7lb at a size 16) and I'm planning on doing sole source for 8 weeks. I did lipotrim about 5 Years ago and lost 3 stone (if u look at my pics the b4 and after are from then) but I had 2 children since and piled it back on. I have almost weaned my daughter off breastfeeding now and I start CD on Sunday and I really can't wait. I've don't it for a short period of time in-between children and it's much nicer than LT. It's given me Inspiration especially as you started with similar weight. Have you been exercising as well with you looked toned? I've got the new davina DVD lol so I'm hoping to work out too. Woop roll on day 1! I'm ready for those headaches lol xxx
