oh ooooo had a take away at my bfs house and i ate a WHOLE peshwari naan :( AND about 6 onion rings .... Sooooo naughty

probably ended up having about 100 syns today feel realy bad :(

Just looked at syns online and an average peshwari naan from a take away is 25 syns and 28g of onion rings are 3.5 syns recon i have 14 syns worth of onion rings

so 65 syns for the whole day EEEEEK

Exercise

.... I suddenly decided at about half 10 that i need to do some exercise , feel like im going to get stuck at this weight now :( my last 4 weigh in have been sts, sts, -2lbs , sts .... which i know isnt bad but feels like i need to do something more.

I attempted to do sit ups.. managed to do 10, dont think sit ups are for me.

Then went on the treadmill and did a 30min set programme, most of it was fast walking up hill with probably only about 3 mins jogging... going to try and up this as i get used to it... i plan to do this again tomorrow ... and most days when i can :) feeling possitive!

Have also decided to drink more seen as i only usually have 2 cans on diet coke from when i wake up at about 6am untill after 6pm surely not enough ... we have recently invested in a fridge at work YAY! so i will be filling up my waterbottle and chilling it :) im not really sure how much to drink though
