... the weekend has been abit mad so im backtracking here

Breakfast

3 Quorn sausages
Beans
3 egg omlete

Lunch


6 chicken nuggets from mcdonalds (13 syns)

Dinner

3 egg omlete

then had a mad night which consisted of vodka and diet cokes with a couple of shots of cherry sours and me getting punched in the face ... :(

... drinking continued untill around 11am

Bacon sandwich fat removed
on whole meal bread (HEB)
fried agg cooked in oil (dno the syns)

.. then went to bed , slept until 9pm and ordered a pizza hut so...

half a large stuffed crust Mahrgaritta pizza from pizza hut


i dont even care about the syns as i felt so Sh*te

another v.high syn day which i again arnt too bothered about since i think i'd of died unless id eaten crap, braved it to work still feelin wrecked :( feelin sorry for myself and my black eye and bruised everywhere else lol

... then had about half a peshwari naan from takeaway (12.5 syns)

Need to stoppit with all these syns now i worked out that if im doing syns weekly from tuesday to tuesday(my weigh in day) then im still ok ... had 69.5 syns so far this week out of a possible 105

Thts my full syns for the week now eeek dno if ive added it up proply myt av had mre thn 105, feel really naughty dnt normally have tht many syns in one week, prob be disapointed at weigh in :( no more untill after weigh in on tuesday

Peshwari naan from takeaway (25 syns)

.. going to start adding up my syns weekly starting on tuesdays seen as its my weigh in day, so....

Total syns for today = 34.5

so if i have no syns tomorrow then thats 34.5 over 2 days, when i should really only be having 30 so on thursday i should only have 10.5 syns .. then that would be 45 over 3 days = 15 syns a day walaaa .. then syns can be back to normal :) lol

.... ok not booking a holiday anymore seen as the bf says he cant afford and i fell out with him :(, feel ultra depressed now and upset because i was really looking forward to it, need to try not to comfort eat! :(
