.... Bf took me out to Frankie and Bennys

had garlic dough balls for starters Eeek

then had the 10" margherita pizza .. left 2 slices

.... then had 2 mini pan au chocolats from asda

.... the an iced doughnut! Oooops

dnt want to think about how many syns ive had, so i wont :)

gonna pass this off as a flexi syn day lol nd just forget about it ... even though it was delicious nom nom nom

... ok after dinner on Friday it all went abit wrong been at the bfs who had house full of sweets and crisps :/ also had half a pizza from takeaway :eek: weighed myself this mrnin and looks like ive put on 3lbs! :( grr tis now star week though so hoping the damage can be sorted for next week , expecting a gain at weigh in tmoro boo hoo starting again from today

....ok so didnt exactly stick to my word Grrr stupid bank holiday!, started off ok..

Weigh in at 7pm .... put on 1lb :/ first gain since starting booo bt tis * week and have been naughty so now will pick myself up and start afresh this week :) only 2lb till my 2 stone sticker <--- I WANT YOU NEXT WEEK

.... ok definatley over my syn limit this week so not going to bother researching the syns, i know jaffa cakes are around 2.5 syns each mateser bunny is around 7.5 and prob about 5 syns for the few haribows i had

Ive been quite naughty 2 weekends in a row feel like im nt trying enough anymore and thts how i went wrong last time, NEED to be good next week (wkend in particular always my down fall grr)

... then at the bfs had nearly a whole peshwari naan from takeaway, syns online say average indian restraunt peshwari nan is 25 syns so not too bad because ive only had a few syns since monday
