went to my nephews 4th birthday party so ate quite alot of junk

... went a bit crazy with my HEB's today so had to count some as syns, i didnt have some earlier in the week so maybe i could just count them as that.. oh well lets see at weigh it

syns today = lots :) bt oh well i had fun and have got away with being naughtier before

Then went to the opening of krispy kreme leeds! Had origional iced doughnut (11 syns) mm was delicous

Syns for today = 22.25

so i should only have 7.5 syns tommorow :)
