Hi all, I'm dave and as the title suggests i'm Welsh. I lost 3 stone last year on slimming world but due to one thing or another (including being my redundant from my job of 9 years) i stopped going. Now as of 22nd of march this year i'm a dad for the first time in my life so with a helpful nudge from my better half i'm back on it and already 9lbs better off. Hopefully for my son's sake this is a start of a new, better, shiny path for me.
