Tuesday, WI day

Ok, 1/2lb on today so I'm taking the bull by the horns and going back to basics.

Porridge and ryvita with cottage cheese (HeB and half HeA)

Tasting day at group and had lot's of different things such as sweet and sour chicken, Biryani, noodles, spicy pea frittas, jelly, strawberries and some other Chinese dishes that I don't know the names of.

Lunch
Left over quiche with bacon, onions (S) and cheese as half HeA with SW chips and baked beans (SS).
