Saturday: Went to Sutton on sea and did my best to be good. We had an impromptu picnic with whatever I could find at the Local Spar and also helped finish off Mark's Ice Cream :sigh:

I can't believe how well you've been doing with your weight loss. Well, I can believe it 'cause you're eating really well! That's super fab and very inspirational, especially to me. :eek: Keep on going! ;)

I have my off days of course but I am trying hard to keep to plan. For some reason, I'm finding it harder during the summer than the winter.
