A vegetable question!!

    Hi

    I've just started on a VLCD program this week - I'm doing be-yu.

    I spoke to a very helpfull lady at Be-Yu who said that it was ok to have vegetables too.

    I'm having 2 shakes a day with a be-yu meal in the evening - is anybody else doing this plan, and do you have veggies with your meal???

    I think I'm too used to LT and having just the shakes!!

    I'm scared to mess it up!!
