A whole new meaning to computer virus

Lots of us on here seem to be unwell this week. Could it be a virus?
I'm not well either but think that may be due to taking Dulcolax last night. Didn't want to mess about so went for the max dose of 4 perles. Oh my, what a mistake!!
Made a couple of very quick dashes to the loo just after 6.30 this morning
I've now got what I can only describe as labour pains but I'm sure it will pass (no pun intended) :8855:

yeah i was thikning the same ting that quite a few of us have been ill this weekk..i wass feeling light headed and sick a few nights ago...initially thought it might be because of the weather but now dno..
hope you get better soon hun....well least you won't be bunged up after this passes.....and it might even elp with the weight loss...

Yep, thats what 4 does, shame I really feel for you, I have also learnt the hard way so I take 3 now and it works a treat.

You will certainly be lighter though.

Ohhhh dietkitty I so know what you're going through. I've made the same mistake before - I won't being doing it again I can tell you.

But I do think that there's a bug going about. there are loads of people off at work.

oh lisa no wonder yr unwell.Yr body is losing all the nutrients as u go to the toilet. u should only have a good clear out once a week, as we have not got much in our stomachs. i know what u mean about the labour pain tho, u get bad stomach cramps as yr intestines are cramping and pushing all down your passage. also by taking laxatives draws more water to your stomach as they have an osmotic affect (draws water) which helps to flush the system, hope it make sense.

My stomach is still churning so I have decided to have a working sol day and have some protein and salad for dinner. Just feel I need something other than liquid tonight since rehydrating with all this water!
Don't know which is worse, this or being bunged up and feeling like I'm laying an egg!!
