Oh dear - I made a mess of my add a meal week and turned it into 'add loads of carbs week' instead. And then topped it off with an 'add some wine weekend'. 2lbs on, all my own fault and now I have to go through 5 days of pain to get back into ketosis (always takes me ages). Lesson learned. :sigh:

Tis but just a wee blip in the grand scheme of things it's not like you've but all the weight back on that you've lost - sweep it under the carpet and just remember lots of protein next time rather than carbs :)

Thanks Fayfe, I'm actually much more positive now - spent the last hour reading around minimins and have got my mojo back! :D
