Good Morning All,

I have joined weightwatchers and I have 10 stone to lose.

I will be keeping a record of my daily eats on here to make sure that I am being good!!

At the moment I get 53 ProPoints per day and am aiming to not use my weekly allowance of 49 ProPoints.

Breakfast
