    Good Morning All,

    I have joined weightwatchers and I have 10 stone to lose.

    I will be keeping a record of my daily eats on here to make sure that I am being good!!

    At the moment I get 53 ProPoints per day and am aiming to not use my weekly allowance of 49 ProPoints.

    Breakfast

    2 medium white toast 4
    1 large egg 3
    Orange 0
    Diet Coke 0

    Lunch (Brought to work with me)
    Chicken Breast 8
    Rocket 0
    Spring Onion 0
    Cucumber 0
    Olive Oil 4
    Balsamic Vinegar 2
    Coarse grain mustard 2
    Honey 1
    Banana 0
    Pear 0
