Anyone found WL speeding up again on 810?

Hey DT, Well done getting to 'healthy'! Can't wait to join you.

I moved 'officially' to 810 at last weigh in. I used to have an 810 day maybe every 10 days for a work lunch I couldn't get out of. I have lost sort of consistently but not these great big losses everyone else seems to get.

I exercise a lot though and my CDC suggested being consistent on 810 may be what my body really needs.

I'm hoping this is what works for me. Am feeling more 'normal' now I can eat.

I hit 9st 7lbs on my scales this morning (My target....) after doing 810 (And a chocolate bar...) for 2 weeks.
I thought it was down to more movement as I have more energy. I've been conciously trying to walk more as it's easier now.
My CDC's scales will disagree as she weighs me at night and her scales are 1 higher though, but I am finding it gets 2lbs off more consistantly.
