I moved 'officially' to 810 at last weigh in. I used to have an 810 day maybe every 10 days for a work lunch I couldn't get out of. I have lost sort of consistently but not these great big losses everyone else seems to get.
I exercise a lot though and my CDC suggested being consistent on 810 may be what my body really needs.
I'm hoping this is what works for me. Am feeling more 'normal' now I can eat.
