Ok today Lou Breaky (mid morning) bacon, scrambled egg, tomatos and fat free sasauge from the butcher. Lunch - ham and tomato (you kinda lay a piece of ham, then put some cherry tomatos on it, then roll it up, and some mini SW quiches, Tea - cooked chicken from Tesco with salad! Not had syns today as I went over yesterday and have had a couple of meals out!
