Mate, you don't even know I'm doing this but still. I'm sure you'll long onto here soon enough and see it :D.

I thought I would make us a diary as we usually have lots to say and end up starting thread after thread and I feel guilty for it quite often.

I thought if we start using this we can just jabber away here.

Hope everyone's doing very well on their diets.

Ive just seen our diary - what a good idea so we dont need to start new threads all the time.. I dont really have anything i need to ask right now.

How is it going now mate after last nyt? Ive given in and i had some bad stuff - not a lot so hopefully wont have to much of an effect...

Hi all,
Im just looking for some advice really about exercise and SS. I have re joined the gym now and am going to be aiming for a minimum of three times a week where ill be doing an hours workout. Im a bit worried about my lack of energy and tiredness at the moment - is there any recommended amount of exercise or things not to do while on SS?

I'm miserable, and I want to eat. I've not one ounce of motivation. Especially as I know I'm eating next week and possibly Friday for a family members birthday.
Nothing more to say :) I'm -- close to eating!

Hey wannalose8stone, thanks for your quick reply. I think I subconsciously needed you there! I wont cave I promise (not tonight anyhow lol!) but it is so hard right now. I guess its going back through ketosis after ruining things Friday/Saturday nights.

Thank you, it really is all about Sept 8th, its the day I meet a guy I've not seen in years, and I really want to be slim for it in order to be as confident as I can be.

I'm very tempted to go onto 790 right now, but after this weekends blips before I want to go away Sunday I guess I want to get rid of as much as I can beforehand.. I dunno my heads a little crazed right now lol. Whilst there I think I may try 790 its just I'm stuck in a random hotel knowing no one and all this socialising stuff whilst dieting, think I'll just have salads or something ( I love them so thats not a problem ) and get right back onto it, do you think that would be ok?

You're welcome! getting back into Ketosis must be hard and I dont envy you but you've got to keep that goal in sight.

Well, you are well on your way to target but you know you have to stick at the diet if you want to succeed. Just keep trying your best and try not to let a blip turn into a binge.

I can see how much you are struggling with SS so 790 may be a good idea for you. You could start that from tomorrow and just stick as closely to it as you can while you are away. There may be times when you HAVE to break the diet but stick to protein and very very low carbs to try to remain in ketosis. Salads would be great as you have suggested. Still try to have your 3 packs a day as well as they will take the edge of your appetite and hopefully your cravings.

Its going really well for me at the mo thanks, but then I have had that new incentive of a car when I get to goal - I think that would be enough to keep anyone on the straight and narrow.

Hey AM,

Hope you don't mind me crashing your diary thread.

If you are finding it hard to get back into ss again a week on 790 might help ease you back into the diet? Also if the chatterbox is doing its best at the moment to tempt you maybe by following 790 full time instead of ss the food you are allowed might shut the chatterbox up. My cdc has said that her clients that follow 790 plan generally experience losses of approx 2-4lb less than ss per month

I would just like to say that your loss so far is fantastic and I am sure by the time september is here you will be looking fabulous!!!

Ive been finding it quite tuff today - i have found myself beign really tired and feeling sick today. :-( . Im finding myself bored as well which hasnt helped with not having anything to eat :-(

Thanks ruthlett and wannalose for your lovely replies. Of course I (we) don't mind you "graffitying" our journals. I love reading what everyone has to say on here, and the way they think etc etc. Helps alot. I think I may try 790 for the next few days starting tomorrow, might get my body slightly use to food before eating next week. Going to be having a kebab on Friday for my little sisters birthday, so from here its kind of downhill. I just can't wait to get back into this diet and lose what I put on over the next few weeks xx

Found today a little easier, coming down with monthly pains now and I always get them really terrible. Whenever I get them I want a nice meal and my bed, both of which I can't have due to work and SS lol. This time last month I fainted/collapsed/passed out - whatever happened - in town so I'm gonna take it easy next few days. Specially as I'm just in/going into ketosis again.

Food wise today has been a little easier. But I think I could have made it better for myself. Had breakfast before leaving my house - think I had it at about 7:45, then my lunch at 11:10. I actually looked at the clock at 11:05 and thought yay I haven't felt that hungry, then I couldn't get the bar off my mind and gave in within minutes. I could've really lasted out a bit longer which would have helped the pangs at the end of work. I finish over 6 hours after 11:10 so its a long time to go without anything...in my opinion. I need to get into my spacing them out routine again but I worry that I'll get faint after my morning fag if I don't have a tetra for breakfast before leaving the house.

Anyway, work was difficult as ever. Been put on an evil hard project which is bad enough, plus doing coursework for this horrible course I need to do next week, plus having people non stop talking about food. I don't get why all the girls have the figures they have judging by what food they get through. Fry ups ordered in for breakfast, bagettes and panini's etc at lunch time, and today they kept passing around sweets, flapjack, and those bacon razzle crisps are they called? They're one of my fave's but I never remember the name! Oh and candy sticks and straw sherberts.......GO AWAY :( they like all yummy stuff. Its really unfair. They keep making comments like "I can't beleive you eat nothing..." "I dunno how you do it.." they do say I'm doing well but I don't wanna hear anything except the crunching in my mouth of the food they're all enjoying lol.

Its hard to get myself into the right frame of mind after screwing up so many times in 2 days. I don't even think its just that, I think its just "that person" saying he doesn't care about my weight which in a way makes it harder because now its like "well he doesn't care I may as well enjoy myself.." BUT I DON'T actually think this way believe it or not. I don't wanna be fat when he see's me I don't want him to feel my rolls when he gives me a hugg for the first time in ever.. yuck. This meet might not even happen, which will be killer :( If he doesn't go to the same gig as me and Soph then I guess that I will have possibly a little more time to lose it all, but his birthday is mid-November and I want it to be around then at the latest really.

I am feeling a bit better about myself body wise, but not heaps better. I'm happier now I have a few tops to wear, Ive never had the luxury of clothes before, I've never bought any, period. I still don't look how I want to look in them, and I still see the middle tyre-a-bulging. I just wish I could work on my face as well as dieting, if my skin was sorted I'd feel much better. Oh and Hair ish's too, and teeth lol...endless list.

Think I'll leave my rant there, congrats to anyone who reads this for not falling asleep!!!!

P.s. Just battled with 5 peas, picked them up they were cm's away from my mouth then I threw them back into the pan............oh well my mum's bf is gonna eat them..mwaha :)

monkeus doesnt really work like sophus (damn it must try harder lol).

Tonight suxs i cant stop feeling hungry and i think its proper hunger as well which makes it worse. At least when its in my head i can think that lol! Just polished off about the 4th cans of max mmmmm thought it might have helped to take off the hunger - no such luck :-(

I seem to be having three packs in such a short amount of time as im not hungry in the morn so dont have the first thing until 11 at the earliest often 12. Then my second one about 2.30 with the third at 4ish :-S arghhhh.

How goes it with you? xxx

Mate well done on throwing away the 5 peas - im glad you counted them. Mate this diet is your plan and we can pick up a rountine again to get you sorted! I may join you in the chilling on the diet for the next week... Plus cant really afford it 21 tetras and 7 bars (only bars at the new price) was £49 so next week with all at new prices its going to be near to £60 :-O .

After luton and your birthday we are home free for things not to block you! I may also celebrate the birthday for this friday with a kebab of course from my own home :D .

I just popped on quickly because I just thought that I think I'm going to start eating as from tomorrow. Only like cottage cheese and lettuce, who knows hopefully I'll wake up and wanna stick to it until Friday lol! I keep changing my mind.

I'll reply properly to the replies after work tomorrow as my eyes are starting to fail me after spending a whole day on a computer!

Glad your back Ceri your my fave miniminer!! Fill us in on this hen night? Don't worry about the drinking and eating, things like hen nights are the reason we're all doing this diet eh?
