Athena's Diary

Another lb gone this morning so I am officially out of the 13st bracket :D Yesterdays meals:

B - Scrambled egg, mushrooms, green pepper and butter
L - Bacon, chicken in butter, green pepper and mushrooms
D - Cheeseburgers, spinach, mushroom in creamy garlic sauce
S - 4 squares 85% cocoa chocolate, hot pepperoni stick
 
Yes slow start but glad I persevered! Today was my daughters birthday so I have been trying to avoid the cake so badly!

B - Scrambled egg, bacon, green peppers and mushrooms
L - Atkins brownie bar
D - Pork chop, coconut oil, spinach, green pepper and creamy garlic sauce
S - Corned beef slices and mayo
 
She was 2, still managed to avoid cake haha, been fiddling with my macro setting on mfp and now have it set as 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. Decided to add macadamia nuts in today to try and hit the fat percentage, been cooking with coconut oil as well, it smells lovely.

B - Bacon, mushrooms, spinach and butter
L - Mixed leaf salad, chopped bacon, cucumber and guacamole
D - Chicken, coconut oil, mushrooms and spinach
S - Corned beef and mayo, macadamia nuts
 
The birthday cake got me, I ended up throwing half of it up as it made me feel so sick! Why was the cheat not even worth it? :( Hopefully be back into ketosis within a few days!

B - Chipolatas, bacon, mushroom and egg cooked in coconut oil
L - Mixed leaf salad, cucumber, chicken and guacamole
D - Pork chop, mixed leaf salad, cucumber, mushrooms and creamy garlic sauce
S - 6 squares 85% dark chocolate, slice of birthday cake
 
Don't beat yourself up about it! It's happened, move on, tomorrow is a new day and I'm sure you'll be back on track and in ketosis in no time! Xx
 
Thanks Sam feel so sick and sleepy, headache as well, at least I now know it's not worth it ;)

L - Chicken, lamb, sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage
D - Cheese and red pepper omelette
S - 2 x pepperami hot, 1 40g bar 85% cocoa chocolate, 1 mini egg cake

So as you can see I thought long and hard about the little mini egg cake and decided to treat myself, stopped at one, am kinda regretting it today though as I'm super hungry!

Today's meals:

B - Cheese and red pepper omelette
L - Corned beef, mixed leaf salad and mayo
D - Chicken shish kebab (no pita) with salad and mayo
S - 2 x pepperoni hot, corned beef and mayo, 6 squares 85% cocoa chocolate

Fingers crossed I'm back in the swing of ketosis soon, had a bit of a rubbish weekend as my car broke down, all the oil dumped out of the engine! So walking for the school run tomorrow, exercise at least I guess, decided I'm going to start some gentle workout stuff tomorrow as well now my energy levels are more stable :) hope everyone has had a good Easter

i enjoy reading your menus, they are never boring. Well done with your goals so far and I believe you will be at ultimate goal before long with your attitude.
