This should take me 3 weeks at my current weight loss rate, but if I can focus on just adding one SP day in per week and see if that boosts it!

Slightly over on the syns today, but had barely any yesterday so it should balance out :)
I realise that I have missed my HEA, but there is no milk and I can't eat cheese on its own, bleurgh..

Feeling pretty positive about this week!
I've already made my lunch for tomorrow (chicken tikka salad) and I think feeling prepared is key.

I feel like I could almost class this day as SP. The only thing that is not speed is: corn on the cob & crabsticks & fridge raiders
But aren't crabsticks and chicken fridge raiders full of protein anyways?

If anyone has any insights please let me know!

Saturday 25th April

I was at a trampolining competition all day, which is extremely hard to stay on plan as its early starts with no food stores around, everyone brings baked goods, and lunch sometimes is provided but you don't know what it'll be.
My friend who also does SW was making me some food though, but when getting up at 5:30 it just wasn't enough!

RECIPE

cook pasta in a large pan whilst frying the bacon
cut your mushrooms and set aside
once your bacon is done, tear into pieces.
once pasta is cooked, drain and set aside
in the pasta pan, add your HEA of laughing cow light / extra light triangles and a splash of milk
cook over a low heat until starts to melt
stir in bacon and mushrooms and let cheese mix melt some more
add in the pasta you set aside, along with some herbs.
mix it around until everything is coated
& serve!

It was rather tasty, and quite rich which I wasn't expecting.
