Starting over again......
Get girls, sounds as if you're all making good progress. I seem to have twisted something in my foot (not whilst running, I think I turned awkwardly on it when a bit tipsy the other day). I've been doing all the usual stuff, and its five during a run, but seems to tighten and get sore immediately afterwards. We'll see.
Anyway, I've now finished week 3, covering about 5 miles. Getting a little more pace now (helps that I've finally stopped puffing cigarettes) and an generally enjoying all the runs. I'd love to hit 10k in 60 minutes, but I think it might take me a while to realise that ambition.
