Tuesday 5th July - plan EE
Breakfast
3 Ryvita (B) 2 eggs, 2 tblsp xlite mayo(1)
pear & peach. milk in tea (A)
Lunch
couscous, spicy xlean mince, peppers, onions, tomatoes. Punnet of Blueberries
Evening
light choices sauages (2), jacket potato, brocolli, gravy (1). Mullerlite.

Hi...

I joined end of May 2010. Lost 2.5 stone by Christmas. Reached an interim target and thats where it all fell apart.... I've manged to keep off 1.5 stone of that. I've also changed class which I hope will help. I'm mostly doing EE like you, but throw in the odd Green and red day too. Hows it going so far? Good luck..

hey,

thats a good thats you managed to keep that much off.... thats one thing im a little worried about. Im on extra easy plan its my first week and well Im just craving snacky sweet things but just feel like all i can eat is fruit lol. I know thats a whole part of it but was wondering do you know any sweet low syn recipes ?

Do you struggle with anything food wise? sometimes i think im surly eating too much i just feel like if im not hungry im not losing weight. :confused:
