Just a little update from me.

After taking antibiotics for a wee infection and having some chicken and salad for the side effects(antibiotics makes me feel sick:sick Im now back in keto, but it's only showing a trace, is that good or should it be pinker?

Anyway, my 10th weigh in results, 4lb off just 5lb away from 3 stone off

Im feeling happy and focused today

I'm not sure but if you have lost well this week, which you have, I guess you must be in ! Sometimes if your wee is very dilute it doesn't show that pink.

What a great weight loss, you must be so pleased !

Brilliant result. Hope that you are now fully recovered.
Any trace of pink means you are in ketosis, you shouldnt be in the darker shades anyway, its supposed to mean you could be dehydrated.
