Hey Meli! STS for me this weekend. Grr... I will lose this week! I will!!

Just did my run, and very pleased with 8.10km. surely that has to help shift the wobble?! lol!!

Really happy with my 8K run last night. Not hurting today - so will be shredding tonight while OH watches the football!

Wednesday 6th April - Red Day
B - 2 choc weetabix, skim milk (HEXA&B &2)
S - Banana, apple
L - egg & gammon loaf with salad - leaves, tomato, cucumber, onion. FF dressing - .5. Melon & Strawberries, orange.
S - Fibre+ Bar (HEXB)
D - chicken wrapped in bacon, Aubergine parmigana (from old mag) topped with 42g mozerella (HEXA), green Beans & Mushrooms
Exercise - Level 2 shred.
sins - 2.5 so far.

Unofficial start to the weekend today :) . I hope this sunshine stays!

Thursday 7th April -Green Day
B - Breakfast rice, mullerlight cherry, strawberries
L - Left over Aubergine bake (1.5 HEXA), green beans, sweetcorn. Melon, apple
S - Banana, Fibre+ Bar (HEXB)
D - Sw Wedges, 2 x quorn sausage, mushy peas, 2 x 'fried' egg (in fry light). 1 TBSP olive oil (to cook wedges in - HEXB)
Other 0.5 HEXA - milk for drinks.
Exercise - 1/2 hour Davina fit (bottom fit)
Sins - TBC. Maybe some mayo to dip my wedges in :)

Day before WI - eek! I SOOO hope I have lost as I have been back with my old faithful Red & Green days.. Tomorrow I will let you know!

Didnt end up doing the DVD yest, so I am doing double today! 1/2 hour Davina, 1/2 hour Jillian. Doing anything I can to get the cals OFF!

Friday 8th April - Red Day
B - smoke salmon omelette - 3 eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, mushrooms. 3 x EL laughing cow (.5 HEXA)
L - didnt really fancy a 'proper' lunch, so having a banana, 2 alpen light (HEXB), and a muller with a coffee.
D - Home made burgers, topped with cheese (HEXA) and bacon, 227g wedges (HEXB), Salad (as above). squeeze burger sauce - 4. 1 x vodka
Rest of HEXA - milk for drinks
Exercise - 2xDVD (1 hour) - DONE. 2.5 mile walk
Sins - 6.5 so far.

I love my scales!!!

Very happy with that result and more so that i have beaten the 11st 8 plateau.. Annoyed tho that I got all ready to go running, i have a massive blister on my toe and i couldnt go as it was too painful. Grr. So waiting for my gym to open and I am going for a swim instead.

Saturday 9th April = Extra Easy
B - 2 x Choc weetabix with skim milk (HEXA&B +2). Banana after swim
L - Jkp pot with salmon & salad, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, pepper, sweetcorn. lemon juice, salt and pepper to dress. 2 x laughing cow XL triangle - 2
S - apple, pineapple
D - SW doner kebab, sw wedges, mixed salad (as above), Garlic sauce - free, pitta - 6.
Sins - 10 & 5 x vodka in the pub = 22.5 (happy with that for a saturday :) )
Exercise - 10 min pilates.

Another sunny Sunday...glorious!

Sunday 10th April - Extra Easy
Brunch - Potato rosti, 2 poached egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, quorn sausage, 1 bacon (all free!!). 21g cheddar (.5 HEXA)
Dinner - thai red curry (10) - chicken, onion, garlic, green beans, baby corn, red thai paste, reduced fat coconut milk. Plain Rice. 1 x pitta bread - 6.
Snack - fibre+ bar (HEXB)
Sins - 16

Going for a nice bike ride with BF round a local lake :)

B - Pineapple, 0% total greek yog
S - 2 alpen light (HEXB), apple, banana, pear
L - Jkt pot with beans and 42g cheddar (HEXA)
D - Prawn linguine (prawns HEXB), with 2x lf garlic bread (5), 21g cheddar (.5 HEXA). Salad, Mixed leaves, tomato, pepper, onion, cucumber. Creme Fraiche - 2.5
Sins - 7.5

Sins - 8.5

Going running tonight as gym didnt happen yesterday - oops :)

L - Tuna mini quiches (0.5 HEXA), salad - leaves, tomato, pepper, onion, cucumber. FF dressing - .5. Apple, banana
S - Fibre+Bar (Hexb), pear, orange
D - Steak, Rocket salad, 28g parmesan (HEXA). teaspoon olive oil - 3
Sins - 3.5 so far..
Exercise - didnt go to gym last night as terrible tummy pains (* week), so will go tonight. I am slacking :(

Still 100% on track and having a great week! Gym last night was tough, I did 20 mins x-train, 20 mins step, and 20 mins cycling - full pelt! I was illuminous and dripping with sweat (lovely mental image!). So I hope after this weeks efforts I am rewarded come Saturdays weigh...

Thursday 14th April - Green Day
B - 2 ww bread (HEXB), 2 poached eggs, quorn sausage, mushrooms & tomato
L - not sure - a potato (either wedges or baked) topped with beans, 85g bacon (HEXB), and 42 cheddar (HEXA). Salad.
S - oatibix bar-3.5, apple
D - Quorn Fillets, Green Beans, Aubergine bake (HEXA mozerella), Carrots, Peas
Exercise - off running later. Will update with distance once done :). DONE - 7.5K
Sins - 2 x XL laughing cow triangles. 2 x dash milk - 2, oatibix bar - 3.5 = 7.5

L - 2 mini tuna quiche (.5 HEXA), salad.Pineapple, apple,
S - orange, pear
D - Meatballs in spicy sauce, 35g Pasta (HEXB), 21g mozzerella (.5 HEXA). Side Salad. 2 x LF garlic bread - 5
Sins - 7
Exercise - 1/2 hour davina Bottom fit, 1/2 hour shred level 2
 
Out for dinner tonight with friends. Going to stick to plan as much as I can - will allow 40 sins for the eve. We are going to a pub to eat, so will stick to vodka, and will eat light today to keep sins free :)

Saturday 16th April - Extra Easy
B - 2 choc weetabix, skim Milk, banana (HEXA&B+2)
L - Smoked salmon omelette with spinach, onion & mushroom. Orange, apple
D - ?? TBC! ;)
Sins - 2 so far, allowing 40 for the day
