Breaking bad habits and getting to target.

Shred is good Meli. I started again yesterday, so on day 2 and i feel it more today than yest, so I have a feeling tomorrows session will be tough!
did my measurements before I started, so will let you know what they go down to (as apparently they change quick and you get good inch loss!)
 
Day 3 of shred, doing this evening as no time this morn! I hurt a lot yest, but today its calmed down which is good. Enjoying so far!

Wed 16th March - Extra Easy
B - Scrambled egg, tomatoes, mushroom
L - Pasta, mushrooms, quorn sausages, onion, pepper, passtat, basil, 42g cheddar (HEXA), apple
S - melon & strawberries, 2 alpen light (HEXB)
D - Chilli & rice (xl mince, mixed beans, passata, chilli, onion). Side Salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber. 21g lf cheddar sprinked on -3
Sins - cheese -3, options hot choc - 2 =5
ex - 30 mins shred

How's the shredding going? Going off to look exactly what that is now.

Yeah, i didnt have access to the internet while I was away, but stuck to it as much as I could (few vodka & diet cokes thrown in at the weekend!) but Im sure my sins are ok. Hoping for 1lb this week (its *).

New Week....new resolve to be 100% ON PLAN. If you read my diaries you will see for a good few weeks now I have been on plan, off plan - and anywhere in between. I need to shake myself and get to it! I have maintained for 2 months now - 1lb off, 1on etc, so its time to get below 11st 8.

I know they say the last stone is the hardest, but sheesh! It soooo is, so support is really appreciated right now!

After reading a few posts, I think I might give Success Express a go. Can but try!

Monday 21st March - Success Express!

Day 2 of 100%

Stuck to plan completely last night and feeling happy with 'baby steps'. Made a cauliflower cheese last night using an old recipe that I found on here and it was so tasty. OH was like - are you sure this is SW?! Yep - and free & 1 x HEXA. It will defo feature on my menu again soon!

Tuesday 22nd March - Success Express
B - 1 ww toast (.5 HEXB), 2 poached eggs, 2 quorn sausages, mushrooms, plum tomatoes
S - Apple
L - Tomato & red pepper soup, banana, FF activa Yog, strawberries & Grapes.
S - pear
D - Home made Sw burger, topped with bacon, H/F cheese slice (HEXA) sweet potato wedges, salad - rocket, cucumber, tomato, pepper, onion. Squirt ketchup - 2. Sw Coleslaw - 2
Other Hex's - 57g roll, Milk in hot drinks
Sins - options hot choc - 2, Ketchup 2, coleslaw - 2 = 6

Good morning! And what a glorious day it is too in Milton Keynes!
Have already been out running today, and so that is 6K under my belt. Now going to go do my daily shredding and that will be my exercise all done - yay :). I have had a staggered brekkie today, as its not good to exercise on an empty tummy, so had an activia yog at 7 before I headed out, and will have the main part after Jillian has been completed!

Wednesday 23rd March - M2M
S - activia ff cherry yog
B - Fibre+ bar (HEXB), Banana
L - smoked salmon & boiled egg salad - rocket, cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, beetroot, Avocado - 5, lemon juice / salt & papper to dress. Grapes & strawbs
S- apple & pear
D - 2 weetabix & skim milk (HEXA&B)
Sins - Avocado - 5, 1 small wine - 6 = 11
Exercise - Running - 6K, 30 day shred - 30 mins.

Other HEXA - milk for hot drinks

Hope you are all having a good week.
I had a lovely evening last night. I am starting a new job in a few weeks, so met some of my new colleagues last night for a catch up on the role, and it turned into a chit chat about love, life and everything else. They seem really cool - so I cant wait to get started.

Going for a run shortly. It was miserable this morning - all foggy and dull, but the sun is peeping out now, so my trainers will be on the tootsies soon!

Thursday 24th March - Extra Easy
B - 28g oats (HEXB), skimmed Milk (HEXA), banana, syrup - 3
L - Jkt pot with Beans, Bacon, 1 xlight cheese triangle (1), side salad, rocket, beetroot, tomato, onion, cucumber, pepper
S - Pear, apple, activia yog, alpen light
D - Amended dinner - Chicken Cacciatore (from an old mag - its delish!) brown rice, green beans
Exercise - 1 hour running, 30 mins shred.
Sins - 7 (syrup - 3, Triangle - 1, alpen light - 3)

Back from the run, feeling very invigorated. It was so foggy when i started out, but the sun came out and it was a gorgeous morning to be out enjoying the fresh air. Lovely.

Amended my menu for later, making a recipe from the April 2010 mag, chicken cacciatore. Have done it once before and it was tasty, so looking forward to tea tonight :)
 
Hurrah - its the weekend, the sun is shining, and the clocks change - what more could we ask for (except a good loss on the scales tomorrow!!)

Did spinning this morning which I enjoyed as havent been for about 3 weeks, and that is that done for the day. Walking tonight with OH after work and will try to get my 30 day shred in somewhere too!

Friday 25th March - Extra Easy
B - 2 choc weetabix (HEXB +2), skim Milk
S - Banana
L - pasta n sauce .5, peas, quorn sausage, pepper, mushroom, onion. 1 Pear
S - 1 pear, 1 apple
D - Thai chicken laksa soup (chicken, dried egg noodles, variety of thai herbs, stir fry veg, stock) - 4 (on half fat coconut Milk), Mini naan - 6
Sins - 12.5
Exercise, 45 min spin, 1 hour walk, 30 mins shred.

Hello peeps..hope you are enjoying the weekend so far.

I was most disheartened with a +1lb gain this week. I have been 100% on plan, lots of exercise, but the scales do not show my hard work! Hoping that next week I can turn this around.

Nearly went into meltdown at lunchtime, but turned it around, looked to why I was doing this (and that actually - a pack of digestives is NOT going to make me feel better or set me back on my way!) and so back on track for tea.

Saturday 25th March - Extra Easy
B - bran flakes (HEXB), skim milk (1/2 HEXA)
L - 2 brown bread - 12, 42g cheddar (1/2 HEXA +3), ham. scrape mayo - 1.5, handful of bacon fries - 3(?)
S - activia ff yog
D - Steak, sweet potato wedges, Mushy peas, tomato, onion. Making the Au Poivre sauce from the saucy secrets book - hoping it will be yummy on the steak!
Sins - 19.5 (could have been a LOT worse I guess)

D - Chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffed with XL cheese triangle - 1.5 & chorizo (28g = 2.5), Green Beans, Mushrooms in Garlic, broccoli, 227g wedges (HEXB)
Exercise - Level 2 shred.

Feeling much better now, was really rough yest - but I still stuck to 100% plan. It feels good! driving my OH demented reading my old mags and thrusting receipes under his nose asking if he would like me to make it! I fancy trying new things - lol!

Morning!

The last day of March - how has a quarter of the year passed us by so quickly?! I wish the scales would move as quick - lol!

I sneeky peaked this morning, and i look to have lost the 1lb that was on last week (which seemed to appear overnight), but I had really hoped for more as I have been 100% on plan and eaten oodles of speedy foods. I know I shouldnt sneeky peak and by Saturday things may have changed, but I cannee help myself. ** thinks good thoughts for Saturdays weigh**

If anyone has been reading my diaries and has any thoguhts on where I am going wrong, where I could improve etc, then your feedback really is appreciated..thanks x

Thursday 31st March - Red Day

Dinner - Eating out: Grill restaurant. Grilled Meats - lamb, chicken & beef with Salad & Rice
Sins - allocating my 15 sins to 6 vodkas with diet coke. (Over on the sins!) 10 x vodka = 25, 1 x wine - 6, some sausgae in grill restaurant - 5? = 36. Will allow 4 extra for the meal so 40. 5 sins per day for the rest of the week...totally do-able!
Exercise - 6K run - DONE

Last night's meal was amazing - I sooo reccomend the grill restaurant, its a great SW one! Allocating 40 sins for the night which I am well happy with - and that leaves me 5 per day for the rest of the week, which is do-able as I tend to stick low during the week.

Today is lazy Sunday! Lovely! And after all of the meat in the restaurant last night, a green day is soooo welcomed!

Sunday 3rd April - Green Day
B - Bran Flakes, Skimmed Milk (HEXA&B)
L - Banana, Activia yog, melon, mugshot
