Over that and moving on for rest of week! Two days left! No weeklies... Am out on tues after WI for my friends birthday - gonna have a sensible meal and a few drinks - no weeklies but won't be ridiculous and will pp! And clean slate from wed! Try to limit weeklies but will see how it goes and gonna keep up the exercise :D positive again! Xx
 
Week 5: DAY 5 - Sunday 22nd May 2011

SNACKS
Cake at Garden Party: 4pp
4x Kit Kat: 10pp
Curly Wurly: 3pp

TOTAL PP = 56pp

Weeklies used: 5 (2 from previous days)
Total weeklies used: 49

Earned 10AP today (1hr Wii and 20 mins Walk :))
Total AP earned = 46AP
Total AP used = 11AP

I did 60mins wii and 20mins walk ... Hoping for a good loss!!

I never kno how accurate scales are coz I weigh at dif times on Wii and home scales... Anywhere between 0 and 3.5 lose at mo lol x
 
aw well pet at least a sts is better than a gain after your wee binge!! I try just to weigh myself at home at the same time as WI so that i have a better idea xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Scales had said 3.5lb off for last 3 days and been good and then today just before WI said 1.5 so was gutted and at bloody WI just 1lb! I cried :( I kno I haven't been perfect but I did so much exercise! And now I think I won't lose if I eat and drink tonight for this night out! Gonna have a clean slate as of tomorrow :) x

Oh sweetie, our bodies do strange stuff!! 1pm is still a great loss ... Our leader brought in a pack of sausages tonight and you've lost 8 sausages!! Puts it into perspective, it's alot.

I am back to my bouncy, excitable, crazy self again :)

I had a massive burger, 5 ciders, 1/2 of 4 teapots of cocktails topped off with a pizza - in all consumed a ridiculous 177pp's yest - but that was yest!!

Today is a new day, a new week, a new me! I am going to try not to use my weeklies this week to make up for it and aim to earn over 50APs like I did last week :) but I am not punishing myself if I eat some weeklies... trial and error is the way - and lets face it this journey will be long and bumpy but WILL be completed this time :D

I have declared everything from my post-wi binge .... I am over this and am starting again and WILL get my stone this week...

I plan to not eat my weeklies at all but if I need some I will have them... and will aim for a similar amount of exercise :)
