Had another busy day... didnt get home till 5ish.. and then I have cleared out entire room... all drawers including shoes, bags and clothes.. was hard work

I had lunch out after a horrendous morning - first time I cried at court - i'm fine now.... anyways since Lunch (and my 3 mini battenburgs...) I haven't been hungry so I am gonna shred and then have a yummy kit kat chunky as my reward :)

Will post food and then shred... and then I am gonna catch up on the 50 (yes 50!) threads that are highlighted on my phone... have missed u all! Hope u aren't too mad at me ...xxx

the sun comes out and we all start cleaning our cupboards out lol
i was lighter than this last year but my clothes fit better than they did then, must be all the training.

i've been naughty with chocolate and other sweet things this week so i've decided to be good until weigh in day and just have fruit, craving after eights though lol, i must resist.
 
Aw rosie I have a box up in my cupboard from christmas lmao!! I love them!! But I didn't dare to look near them from I started WW!! I hear they are high pointed but haven't worked them out myself xxx

Hey rosie, what kinda training you do? I'm looking to tone up this summer a bit. My summer clothes fit slightly better since last year (i lost weight from june through to september and starting again now to lose the rest) but want them to feel loose by the end of summer lol.

i can't get a box i wouldn't stop, i'll get one of those tubes, they used to be called mintolas for weigh in night, yummy

been doing all round training really, weights, aqua, hiking and bike riding and wii zumba , used to go to the gym but i've stopped now. my legs are quite muscly but i walk everywhere in fitflops so i think thats why.

Wow, sounds like a lot. You do some exercise everyday do ya? I got a pair of shape-ups flip flops but dunno if they're any good yet?

Hello My lovelies... Had my lie in.. but didn't go to sleep till 4am.. so still just 8 hours lol... I went to see my friend and her new baby today.. she is gorgeous... I WANT ONE! I really want the hubby/house/baby... but for now I need to focus on saving money, getting experience in my job and losing weight :)

Had a nice day wandering in the sun and having lunch out (ended up in wetherspoons again) and then when I got home I fell asleep for a few hours.. clearly needed it.. when I woke up I wasn't hungry - that's two days in a row now.. weird.. never thought I would feel this....lol..

Then I did my daily shred.. and made myself have my meal and choccie... :)

Gonna post my meals now and my plan for next two days... Have really limited my exercise this week.. will have done the shred 4 times = 24AP .. scales seem to be playing nice :) xxxx
