Having a wee off day to enjoy some party food on Sat won't make too much difference in the long run. You've done so well with your weigh loss so far, hope I can follow suit!!

Hey hun, I always have Saturdays off its my treat day I do try and not go over 2000 cals though. Wow your doing amazing too, I can't wait to book a holiday, I'm sure your get your get your bikini body in time x
 
I'm the same :/ I just don't lose weight unless I eat way less than 1200 but then it's just not sustainable so it goes back up!! Might give sw counting cals too!
 
Hey hope everyone's having a lovely weekend, I had a pretty healthy day on Friday ended up at 1300 cals!! yesterday I had off as it was Maisie's birthday must of ate at least 2200 cals, I had a few chocolate bits earlier so going start fresh in the morning and basically making sure I stay under 1000 cals for the rest of week I think my metabolism could do with shaking up a bit!

I don't really have much on in March so no more excuses!
 
I'm just having another high day, just ate rubbish so far a few chocolate biscuits etc! I will start fresh in the morning and I weigh next Saturday so I'll have 5 days on plan so the whole week should work out 9500 cals. I always have a high day on Saturdays so should be ok only an extra day, a lot of people eat this way and manage to have fab losses on it!

I might even do the next 5 days on sw plan x
