Been torture today! Been to football and mum and dad brought a picnic of sandwiches (tuna Mayo and egg Mayo) sausage rolls and crisps!! It was killing me but I ate my strawberries and yoghurt and nectarines then ate pickled onions they had left over from the sandwiches!!

Extra Easy

Breakfast: Bacon & Poached eggs with 1 tblsp ketchup (1SYN)

Lunch: Strawberries & total 0% yoghurt, Nectarines x2

Dinner: Pulled Pork (1.25 SYNS), Brown breadcake (HExB), 200g Chips (10 SYNS)

TOTAL SYNS: 12.25 SYNS

(Not happy! was so good all day and when making tea.....no potatoes!!! :( ended up with chips from chinese!! tut! Hope it doesnt make a big difference at WI :( )

I wouldn't worry babe. You've synned them properly so there's no problem.

You did dab yesterday and well done on resisting!!

It could've been worse and I'm sure you'll do fab on Monday xx

Monday

B: Scrambled Egg & tin of spaghetti
L: Tuna salad
D: Smash Pizza, SW chips & salad

Tuesday

B: Fruit & Yoghurt
L: Chicken salad
D: Lasagne

Wednesday

B: Fruit & yoghurt
L: Pasta n Sauce
D: Meal out (carvery)

Thursday

B: Scrambled egg & spaghetti
L: Tuna pasta salad
D: Homemade fajita burgers with Sw chips and salad

Friday

B: Oat so simple
L: Jacket Potato with cottage cheese
D: Smothered Chicken with Sw chips

Saturday

B: Bacon & Egg butty
L: Pasta n Sauce
D: Gammon, egg, Sw chips & salad

Sunday

B: Bacon, egg, quorn sausage & spaghetti
L: Fruit & yoghurt
D: Roast Chicken dinner

As you may have noticed, my plan from this past week was in some cases changed on the day, however by planning I get my focus for the coming week and I at least know what I'm doing.

2 social events this week but I'm sure I'll be fine as I am to be Dave for both of them!! :)

Hopefully my planning etc will all pay off come WI :) xx

Dinner: Pulled Pork (1 SYN), Jacket Potato

Supper: Oat so simple (HExB & HExA)

1/2 a curly wurly (3 SYNS)

TOTAL SYNS: 7.5 SYNS

It sure is!! I love it! could spend hours on there!!

I've got some mini sponge flans (4SYNS EACH), some orange sf jelly & a bar of galaxy to make a jaffa cake thing for after WI tomorrow as a yummy congratulatory dessert!! Have worked it out to be 7.75 SYNS for a whole mini one.........

Making 6 so if you lucky I may sort you one out Laura ;)

Well its WI tomorrow so best go to bed to sleep off some pounds :)

Wonder who will win the WI this week?? Girls.....any predictions?? :8855:xxx
