Chala's journey

Right, today has been a bit of a struggle but handled it best i could :) Long days driving brings on boredom = binge :( Well I chose best I could, ended up with a packet of eat smart carrot cake slices, damage limitation i guess hmph

BREAKFAST 1 cup ready brek, 3/4 cup ss milk. cuppa tea

LUNCH Malted bap, cooked chicken, 2 tsp ex l mayo,

DINNER 1 cup tagletelli, 1 cup bolognese sauce from left overs

SNACKS 20ish grapes, activia fat free cherry snackpot, ww choc mousse, bag light choices potato thins, 6, yes i know, 6 eat smart carrot cake slices :(

2 odd litres of water

Tomorrow is another day :)
 
Another long day for me today but was a good day, good mood :)

1 cup ready brek

tea

chicken sandwich from waitrose on malted bead, 4.2/100g, botle water.

HM chicken curry, 1 cup brown rice

2 large skinny lattes
1 orange and lemon muffin, low fat, only ate half
kitkat, yes I know but I couldnt help it and this is one of my problems i am trying to overcome, forst chocolate in 4 weeks, by goodness it tasted good but no doubt will be paying for it later on :/.
 
Hi Chala, sorry to hear youve been having a rough few days!! someone on this forum said losing weight is a marathon not a sprint, and i think its important to remember. after a few weeks our motivation drops and we start going into the mode of "surely this wont hurt" ive done it myself!!! Anyway barr the kitkat you had a great day! so congrats for getting back on your feet :D

Thanks Celtgirl, motivation is still there its just the fact i dont 'feel' like i have lost weight, not dwelling on it tho just trying to stick at it :) x Hope you are well x
 
yeah im the same way, i lost 2 and a half stone last year and i couldnt feel it, i ended up putting on 3 stone! glad xenical stops me from binging!!

Chilli bean soup, cuppa

DINNER

HM wedges, egg, beans

1 large skinny latte

As much water as i can get throughhhhh lol

Am doing a delivery to Devon, so have to set off about 1am, I hope I can structure my food round it.
 
Right then, been off work for a couple of day, self employment sucks sometimes :/ anyway yesterday was a bummer but today has started in a more positive vein :) Made a big pan of green lentil and veg soup, just had some tastes nice :) So going to snack on that i think today lol :)

BREAKFAST Cornflakes, ssk milk, tea

LUNCH Bowl HM veg and lentil soup, Activia ff snackpot

SNACK Low fat rice pudding, few red grapes

DINNER Not sure yet, it will involve ex lean mince tho :p lol HM chilli, thanks for the tip penguin :) cup cooked brown rice, lettuce leaf wraps, tomato and red onion salsa :)

You should make chilli with that mince! I had that for dinner last night with Veetee microwave basmati rice :) was lovely.

Well been a bad day for my van hmph, all sorts wrong but got em sorted finally! Costing me a fortune so today I worked for nothing really :/ Nevermind, thats life! :)

BREAKFAST Cornflakes, ssk milk, wholemeal slice, marmalade, smidge flora light

LUNCH 2 Small wh bap, 2 slice lean ham

DINNER Bowl HM lentil and veg soup

SNACKS 20 red grapes, 2 bags iced gems, activia ff snackpot

Trying to drink 2 litres of water and copius amounts of tea, milk no sugar :)

Hi Kez, going ok ta, trying to stay positive but the blue tabs are keeping me on the straight and narrow lol, hope you are ok? x
